Not too much is really know of this man or can be taken for full truth based upon his testament alone. To most he comes across as a good natured sort with a big brother air set with some intimidating qualities. He knows how to play the room and read those around him, this makes it easy for him to gain the trust of other's but at the same token make it hard to measure his goals and endgame. Nothing about him seems sinister upon first meeting, but that will all depend on what his objectives are. Make no mistake, he is never slow to take up the large sword he carries almost everywhere when the need calls, or the wrong mouth sets him off.

If you hear it from the man himself he has none. But some whisper he was the son of a noble now in exile for the death of someone with greater standing, other's suggest he's a bandit on the run, more think he's just a charming bum. Maybe it's a little of everything. He likes to say there's a grain of truth in every story, maybe. Maybe not. That smile may never tell you the full truth, no matter how much time you spend in his infectious company. Hell, maybe there's a story about him as a infamous con-man somewhere. That or maybe some romantic hero, a rumor he can't help but tease folks about if they propose it.

But ever since he arrived in the care of the wind sword's charge there's one thing that's been made clear. He'll do the job assigned to the letter till the task is done to her satisfaction. As far as he cares to say, he's her sword to mow down the castle or charm it's lord while those under her lead sneak over the gate. And with a sword like that slung over the shoulder close to always, no one should ever doubt he could do just that anytime she bid it.
